Product introductions:

    The equipment uses non corrosive soldering flux under the condition of nitrogen atmosphere protection. Suitable for continuous brazing of intercooler, radiator, condenser, evaporator, heater tank, oil cooler, water cooling plate of new energy vehicle, honeycomb plate of high-speed railway vehicle and aluminum heat exchanger for refrigerator and air conditioner.

       Our company mainly supplies the radiator making machines such as aluminum radiator fin machine, core builder, aluminum radiator plastic tank crimpingmachine, air leak tester, header mold, plastic tank mold, aluminium radiator brazing furnace, etc.

    It is mainly used for brazing aluminum parts in protective atmosphere. It is mainly composed of flux spraying machine, electric drying furnace, brazing heating furnace, water cooling and air cooling device, atmosphere control system and automatic control system. It is suitable for mass production of aluminum radiators such as parallel flow condenser, laminated evaporator and automobile water tank.
